Our Christian calendar teaches us that we need to plant now in order to harvest later. Just as the seasons change, the seeds we sow today in the lives of students will determine the strength of their faith tomorrow. You want to see the next generation of Georgia Southern students have their lives rooted in the deep soil of the Gospel.

This Fall, Georgia Southern will welcome the largest on-campus student population in its 120-year history. This is an incredible opportunity, but it presents a serious challenge: our ministry must be sustainable to reach them.

Without the right resources, we risk being unprepared for the very “harvest” we have prayed for. Every student matters, and every student needs to hear the life-changing message of Jesus, 

For 70 years, the Georgia Southern Wesley Foundation has stood on the corner of Fair Road and Herty Drive.. We have been a lighthouse for students, and with your help, we are committed to serving the next 70 years with the same passion. We aren’t just fixing a building; we are ensuring the next generation has a place to stand and discover that faith is not a rumor.

We have a strategic goal to raise $70,000 by December 31st. Your gift this Spring provides the “root system” for our Fall success. Here is how you can help:

1. Become a Monthly Partner: We are looking for 35 partners to join our “35 for 35” initiative at the $100 or $250 monthly level.
2. Give a One-Time Spring Gift: Help us reach our mid-year milestones.
3. Watch the Harvest: See your investment go directly to the front lines of campus ministry.

Following the “Specificity Principle,” your contribution isn’t just “support”—it funds tangible needs for the incoming record class:

• Equipping Interns: Hiring and training the student leaders who will meet freshmen on day one.
• Maintaining the House: Ensuring our building is “sparkling” and welcoming for new students.
• Expanding Retreats: Doubling the number of students who can attend our Fall Leadership Retreat 
• Critical Upgrades: Refreshing plumbing, electrical systems, and air conditioning so the ministry remains a safe haven
